Palace Construction, LLC specializes in EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish System), stucco and exterior wall systems cladding.

We work with the highest quality materials to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Our pre-construction detail reviews combined with our water management system eliminates water intrusions.  Our projects are reviewed and approved by the manufacturers and given a manufacturer's warranty.

Our staff brings over 50 years combined experience to every job. We are certified EIFS Smart Applicators through the AWCI EIFS Smart Program; our AWCI EIFSmart ID is BB6103.

Management

Sylvain Theroux, Owner and President

Sylvain started in the family-owned drywall business in 1975 as a second generation drywall installer.  He began working with EIFS in 1986 and brought that experience to Optimum Building Systems and Management, Inc., a commercial drywall company that Sylvain and his brother Rene founded in 1990.  Optimum's EIFS business grew rapidly and eventually spun off into a separate company, Palace Construction, LLC. Sylvain is an EIFS smart inspector for the Association of The Wall and Ceiling Industry national registry.

Timothy A. Fell, Vice-President of Operations

Tim started with Optimum's EIFS Division in 2000 and later became vice-president of operations for Palace. Tim brings more than thirty years of experience in the plastering and stucco industries to Palace, and has honed his skills on jobsites all over the United States. Tim is an expert in all types of plastering - traditional three coat, EIFS, veneer plaster, and Venetian polished plaster and ornamental mouldings. Tim is a certified EIFS Smart Professional.
